Role Purpose
Responsible for the technical installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and service of high-end sanitaryware, bath fittings and advanced bathroom systems, ensuring installations are executed as per manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and servicing of sanitaryware and bath fittings.
* Handle *high-end and multi-function shower systems*, including concealed systems, thermostatic mixers, diverters and hand/overhead showers.
* Install, troubleshoot and commission *automatic flush systems, sensor-based products and smart sanitaryware*.
* Possess strong working knowledge of *plumbing and electrical connections* required for sanitaryware and bathroom products.
* Read and understand technical drawings, installation manuals and plumbing layouts.
* Identify site-level technical issues and provide practical solutions during installation.
* Coordinate with architects, interior designers, plumbers, contractors and project teams for smooth installation.
* Conduct pre-installation site inspections and identify requirements, risks and compatibility issues.
* Ensure proper testing of water pressure, drainage, electrical connections and product functionality before handover.
* Attend service calls and resolve installation, operational and technical complaints within defined timelines.
* Maintain proper documentation of installations, service visits, pending issues and resolutions.
* Ensure all installations meet the required *quality, safety and manufacturer standards*.
* Train/guide plumbers and site teams on correct installation and handling of specialised products.
* Escalate product defects, technical issues or warranty-related concerns to the concerned team promptly.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
* *Prior experience in sanitaryware and bath fittings installation/service is mandatory.*
* Strong practical knowledge of *plumbing systems and bathroom installations*.
* Working knowledge of *electrical connections related to sanitaryware and smart bathroom products*.
* Hands-on experience with *high-end multi-function showers, concealed systems and thermostatic fittings*.
* Experience with *automatic flush, sensor-operated and smart sanitaryware is mandatory.*
* Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and installation issues.
* Good understanding of technical drawings, product manuals and installation specifications.
* Ability to work at premium residential, hospitality and commercial project sites.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,248.11 per month
