From running unique marketing campaigns to generating engagement on our platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Quora - you’ll be at the heart of everything we share with the world.

What You'll Do …
● Build Growthic’s brand voice through consistent, engaging, and on-brand communication.
● Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and turn them into effective marketing initiatives.
● Develop and execute Growthic's overall organic marketing strategy.
● Identify the channels, content formats, audiences and themes that can create the greatest impact.
● Continuously experiment with new ideas instead of simply following a fixed playbook.
● Build a clear marketing roadmap and translate it into weekly execution.
● Identify the audiences and problems we should be speaking about.
● Experiment with different organic lead-generation mechanisms.
● Track marketing performance using relevant metrics and prepare insights/reports for improvement.
