Relationship Manager (RM) focuses on building and managing lender partnerships, acting as the key contact for financial institutions, ensuring smooth operations, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating tech/business reporting to drive lending stability and expansion for Moneyview's digital lending platform. Key duties include managing partner relationships (banks/NBFCs), coordinating with internal teams (tech, product), handling governance, and seeking new lender alliances, requiring experience in Banking/Fintech and strong analytical/communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lender Relationship Management: Grow and manage existing lending partners (banks, NBFCs, fintechs) and acquire new ones.
- Single Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for partners, coordinating needs with internal teams (Tech, Product, Sales).
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for increasing capital flow and new initiatives with partners.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee daily operations, tech enhancements, and reporting (weekly/monthly governance).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships at senior levels within partner organizations for early insights.
- Data Analysis: Interpret data, reports, and market trends to inform strategy.
