Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Candidates from a Sales & Marketing background will be preferred. Technical knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers regularly.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer orders.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Support exhibitions, marketing activities, client visits, and promotional events whenever required.
- Ensure timely communication and effective customer support to maintain client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales coordination and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of products/services will be beneficial.
