Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Academic Counsellors. The role involves guiding students about courses, career options, and helping them choose the right program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and explain available courses and programs
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Provide proper guidance based on student needs and interests
- Maintain student records and update CRM
- Support the admission and onboarding process
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of education/courses
- Ability to convince and guide students
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Any Degree (Freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge
