Role Summary: Frontline revenue role responsible for achieving disbursement targets through direct customer acquisition and channel engagement in assigned location.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and local reference networks.
- Conduct initial customer profiling and document collection.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
- Ensure portfolio quality and follow up on early delinquency cases.
- Pitch loan products and explain eligibility, pricing, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain strong follow-up to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Track daily productivity metrics (login, sanction, disbursement).
- Build and manage local connectors such as DSAs, CAs, brokers, and market influencers.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, compliance, and company credit policies.
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in NBFC/Bank/Fintech field sales.
- High-energy, field-oriented sales professional.
- Experience in SME loans / LAP / Business loans is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of credit underwriting basics and documentation.
- Strong customer engagement and persuasion skills.
- Strong drive to achieve aggressive targets.
- Decent understanding of SME financial assessment basics.
- Own vehicle mandatory (field-intensive role)
Qualification: Graduation mandatory; MBA preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
