We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple administrative activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Operations Coordination
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, service providers, and management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
- Schedule meetings and maintain administrative records.
- Support HR and management with operational requirements.
2. Tally Bookkeeping & Accounts Support
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, and payment transactions.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and accountants when required.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
3. Guest Hospitality Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Coordinate meeting room arrangements and refreshments.
- Ensure a professional and pleasant experience for all visitors.
- Maintain visitor records and communication logs.
4. Consumables & Office Supplies Maintenance
- Monitor stock levels of office consumables and stationery.
- Raise purchase requests for replenishment.
- Maintain inventory records of office supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
5. Stock & Courier Inward/Outward Management
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Coordinate courier dispatches and deliveries.
- Track shipments and maintain delivery acknowledgements.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock movement and courier transactions.
- Maintain inventory registers and supporting records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
