Position Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Technical Client Service Executive.
The role combines technical inspection reporting, quality assessment, client communication, and service coordination.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction quality, site supervision, finishing works, handover inspections, or QA/QC functions with reputed real estate developers or construction companies.
This position plays a critical role in transforming inspection observations into professional client reports and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Inspection Reporting
- Review inspection findings, photographs, and field observations
- Prepare professional property inspection reports
- Classify observations based on Leadre Risk Grading Framework
- Document issues with clear observations, impact analysis, and recommendations
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of reporting
Technical Assessment
- Evaluate construction quality observations
- Identify defects related to:
- Finishing Works
- Waterproofing
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Doors & Windows
- Flooring & Tiling
- Painting & Finishes
- Assess severity and rectification priority
- Support continuous improvement of inspection checklists and reporting standards
Client Service & Communication
- Share and explain reports to clients
- Clarify technical observations in simple and understandable language
- Handle client queries regarding inspection findings
- Conduct report walkthroughs through phone, online meetings, or in-person discussions when required
Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain inspection records and project documentation
- Coordinate with field inspectors and operations team
- Ensure timely report delivery
- Track client feedback and follow-up requirements
Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering OR
- B.Tech / BE Civil Engineering
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in:
- Construction Quality
- Site Supervision
- QA/QC
- Finishing Works
- Handover Inspections
- Residential Construction
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from reputed developers and construction companies will be preferred.

Compensation
