We are seeking a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in basic electrical and plumbing works, be capable of coordinating site labor and subcontractors, and possess a valid driving license with the ability to drive company vehicles when required. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Perform basic inspection and troubleshooting of electrical and plumbing installations.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, electrical, and plumbing works on site.
- Monitor project progress and report daily activities to management.
- Maintain site records, attendance, material consumption, and work progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist in planning site activities and resolving on-site issues.
- Transport materials, tools, or personnel as required using company vehicles.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project engineers when necessary.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Requirements and Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valid Indian Driving License and ability to drive cars and light commercial vehicles.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and report preparation.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
