Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently manage industrial and factory construction projects involving civil works and structural steel fabrication/erection. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage industrial project execution from start to handover.
- Supervise civil construction activities, including foundations, RCC works, flooring, and finishing.
- Coordinate structural steel fabrication, inspection, dispatch, and site erection.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and resolve site issues.
- Verify contractor bills, quantities, and material consumption.
- Ensure project completion within the approved timeline and budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- Proven experience in both civil works and steel structure fabrication/erection.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning software (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
Preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
