Senior Officer – Supply Chain
Location: Deonar, Mumbai
Reporting To: AVP – Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Machinery items for projects.
- Vendor development, enquiries, tender/BOQ management and techno-commercial evaluation.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery timelines.
- Manage PO processing, order execution and material follow-ups.
- Verify GRNs, invoices and POs through Excel and SAP.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders through SAP/Tally.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely material delivery and payments.
Key Skills: Procurement, Vendor Management, Negotiation, SAP/Tally, PO, GRN & Invoice Management.
