Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management and event correlation techniques.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within ITOM Event Management modules.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform to optimize event handling.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
