Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales within the aerospace and aviation industry. The Sales Trainee will receive on-the-job training and work closely with the sales team to understand products, customer requirements, and the complete sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer records and update sales data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Learn about company products, industry standards, and sales procedures.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA freshers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to learn and travel when required.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
