Role Description The Field Sales Executive role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The Field Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s safety, consulting, training, and certification services, primarily through field visits, client meetings, and local market outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting presentations and product/service demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up consistently to close deals. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback on service performance, supporting account management, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. The Field Sales Executive will be expected to track sales activities, meet revenue targets, and provide regular reporting on pipeline status and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in consulting, safety services, training, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or regulatory concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage multiple opportunities, and follow structured sales processes.
- Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Thane, including local travel and time spent in industrial or corporate environments.
- Basic understanding of safety, compliance, audits, training, or certification services is beneficial; willingness to learn domain specifics is essential.
- Good organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records of meetings, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal consulting and operations teams.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
