Key Responsibilities-
Shift Operations: Manage day-to-day shift operations, ensuring smooth task execution, shift handovers, and adherence to production schedules.
Team Management: Assign daily duties to assembly or machine operators, monitor attendance and performance, and conduct basic on-the-job training.
Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on the production line, identify defects, and escalate product or machinery issues to the Senior Supervisor.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety and health regulations, ensure the proper use of protective equipment, and maintain 5S (cleanliness/organization) standards on the floor.
Reporting: Complete accurate daily shift reports detailing manpower usage, output, downtime, and material shortages.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
