Position: HR Generalist
Location: Chhatarpur Pahari
Reporting To: HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization's human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, performance management, policy implementation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
· Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
· Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
· Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
· Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
· Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
· Coordinate employee exits, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
· Prepare relieving letters and experience certificates.
3. HR Operations & Administration
· Maintain employee records and HR databases.
· Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
· Update employee information , Draft HR-related letters and communication.
4. Payroll Coordination
· Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
· Resolve employee queries related to salary, attendance, and benefits.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
· Organize employee engagement activities and events.
· Address employee concerns and grievances.
· Foster a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
· Support employee welfare initiatives.
6. Performance Management
· Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
· Track probation confirmations and employee evaluations.
· Maintain performance records and reports.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
· Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
· Assist in implementing and updating HR policies.
· Maintain statutory compliance related to labor laws.
· Coordinate documentation related to audits and inspections.
8. Training & Development
· Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
· Maintain training records and feedback reports.
· Support employee development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree
· MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
· 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in manufacturing, retail, advertising, signage, or project-based industries.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
