QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER (FRESHER TO 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Vadodara (Candidates residing in Vadodara or nearby areas preferred)
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incoming & In-Process Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and products during production.
2. Quality Control: Monitor and control in-process rejections and reworks to minimize waste and optimize production.
3. Data Analysis: Analyse monthly rejection and rework data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. CAPA: Implement and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
5. Testing Protocols: Develop and implement effective testing protocols to ensure product quality.
6. Inspection and Measuring Devices: Maintain and troubleshoot inspection and measuring devices to ensure accuracy.
7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents as per ISO standards.
8. Supplier Quality: Ensure supplier quality meets our standards.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of standard ERP software - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
