Job Title: Team Lead – Processing (Ausbildung)Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Lead – Processing to handle the end-to-end Ausbildung process. The ideal candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about documentation. This role requires someone who takes ownership of work, leads the team effectively, and ensures all applications are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Ausbildung processing from start to finish.
- Lead and support the processing team members.
- Review and maintain student documents accurately.
- Coordinate with students, parents, counsellors, and internal teams.
- Regularly communicate with students and parents to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Ensure all applications are processed within deadlines.
- Handle escalations and resolve processing issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare status reports.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and process improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to confidently interact with students and parents.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
