About Us
Mehta Real Estate is expanding its primary residential sales vertical, focusing on premium and luxury residential projects across Chennai. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Pre Sales Executives with prior experience working in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) company.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Qualification
- Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and buying intent
- Qualify leads and identify serious buyers
Site Visit Generation
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective customers
- Ensure customers receive complete project information before visits
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Customer Follow-Up
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel until site visit stage
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely responses
CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM regularly with lead status and customer interactions
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and customer feedback
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Coordination
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer requirements
- Coordinate with developers for project updates when required
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in residential real estate
- Prior experience working with a Real Estate Channel Partner company preferred
- Strong telecalling and customer handling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel

- Strong understanding of site visit scheduling and lead qualification

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
