We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong Databricks & Pre-Sales expertise to drive customer engagements, solution design, and successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, leadership presence, strong data engineering capabilities, and deep expertise in Databricks technologies.
This is a customer-facing role requiring engagement with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative data and analytics solutions.\

Key Responsibilities :
- 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles.
- Strong experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Engagements.
- Proven customer-facing experience with executive stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Delivery and Solution Architecture.
- Strong Data Engineering experience across modern data platforms.
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and leadership communication skills.
Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting (Core Focus) :
- Lead customer discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and solution discussions.

Work closely with Sales and Account teams to define winning solution strategies.
- Develop proposals, solution architectures, effort estimations, and statements of work.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations, demos, and technical workshops to customers.
Support RFP/RFI responses and participate in customer bid processes.

Customer-Facing Leadership & Communication (Core Focus):
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong leadership communication while engaging with CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Influence strategic data transformation initiatives and guide customers on best practices.

Solution Architecture & Project Delivery:
- Design and govern end-to-end data platform architectures.
- Lead project delivery teams and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
