- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings
- Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets
- Prepare fare quotations and travel itineraries for clients
- Assist customers with travel queries, changes, and refunds
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
- Assist the Senior Manager – Ticketing in daily ticketing operations and reporting
- Support the Ticketing Head with administrative and operational task
- Experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
