Managing the Front desk activities & Reception responsibilities
Leave and attendance system management
Pre -employment arrangement for new joinee & Resignation activities
Stock Inventory and Invoice processing
Housekeeping activities & Coordinating the Office Maintenance and repairs
Documentation for Travel arrangements
Assistance to the Country Director as and when required
Any other routine tasks of Administration
Qualification:
Graduate in any field
Experience:
8 to 10 years in Administration
