Sales Associate
Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
- Explain company services, programs, and offerings effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for sales and business development teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/MIS.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
- Prepare call reports and update management regularly.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
