Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist cum Graphic Designer to own our end-to-end digital presence. This is a full time role perfect for a unique professional who can both strategize a marketing campaign and independently design the high-converting visual assets needed to execute it.
You will be responsible for creating brand-aligned corporate collateral, managing our organic social channels, and setting up paid performance campaigns that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Brand Identity
· Collateral Production: Conceptualize and design high-fidelity graphics for web banners, social media carousels, corporate presentations (PPTs), layout brochures, and email templates.
· Brand Guardianship: Maintain strict adherence to official company brand guidelines, typography systems, and color palettes across all external touchpoints.
· Print & Production Execution: Prepare completely clean, vector, and print-ready formats (PDF/X) for offline events, signage, banners, or corporate folders when coordinating with external print vendors.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Operations
· Campaign Management: Plan and deploy monthly organic content calendars across B2B/B2C social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) to boost professional engagement.
· Performance Marketing Support: Build, monitor, and optimize ad creatives for paid performance channels (Meta Ads, Google Display Network) to lower Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
· Multimedia Creation: Shoot, compile, and edit engaging short-form video content, reels, or basic motion-graphics/GIFs for product explainers and corporate updates.
· Data-Driven Design Optimization: Monitor standard website traffic and ad performance metrics (CTR, bounce rates) using Google Analytics to iteratively redesign layouts for higher conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Design Mastery:
· Advanced hands-on capability with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and rapid layout tools like Canva or Figma.
· Strong understanding of grid layouts, modern typography, responsive web design principles, and image optimization for the web.
· Functional capability with video editing tools (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
Marketing Expertise:
· Proven operational understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and organic social media growth strategies.
· Familiarity with CMS environments (e.g., WordPress) and basic visual SEO concepts (alt-tagging, asset compression for fast loading).
Experience & Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent practical track.
· Portfolio Requirement: Applications must include a link to a verified portfolio showcasing clean vector layout work, social media samples, and examples of data-backed marketing assets.
