We are seeking a proactive and organized Factory Helper / Runner to assist in the day-to-day operations of our apparel production unit.
The role involves coordinating with vendors, supporting inter-departmental tasks,Market visits , and ensuring smooth workflow across orders . The ideal candidate should be hands-on, dependable, ,detail-oriented with good communication skill and multi tasking.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with external vendors to follow up on production progress, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of outsourced work.
- Material Handling: Transport fabrics, trims, tools, and finished garments within the factory as needed.
- Internal Errands: Run errands between departments such as cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch to ensure workflow continuity.
- Operational Support: Assist machine operators, tailors, and other production staff with basic physical tasks like lifting, organizing, or positioning materials.
- Factory Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Deliveries: Help load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and other deliveries.
- Stock Refill: Monitor and replenish raw materials, trims, and tools at various workstations to avoid delays.
- QC Support: Help the quality control team with the movement of samples, faulty items, and reworks between departments.
- Safety & Hygiene: Follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards in all work areas.
- Daily Monitoring: Track daily production output and report updates

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- वेंडर समन्वय: बाहरी वेंडरों से संवाद करना, उत्पादन की प्रगति और समयसीमा पर नज़र रखना, तथा आउटसोर्स कार्यों की समय पर डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना।
- सामग्री परिवहन: आवश्यकता अनुसार फैक्ट्री के भीतर कपड़े, ट्रिम्स, टूल्स और तैयार वस्त्रों को ले जाना।
- आंतरिक कार्य: कटिंग, सिलाई, फिनिशिंग और डिस्पैच जैसे विभागों के बीच सामान या कार्यों को ले जाना।
- संचालन सहयोग: मशीन ऑपरेटर, दर्जी और अन्य उत्पादन स्टाफ को सामान उठाने, व्यवस्थित करने और स्थानांतरित करने जैसे कार्यों में सहायता करना।
- फैक्ट्री व्यवस्था: उत्पादन क्षेत्र की सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना ताकि एक सुरक्षित और कुशल कार्य वातावरण सुनिश्चित हो सके।
- डिलीवरी: कच्चे माल, तैयार वस्त्रों और अन्य सामान की लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग में मदद करना।
- स्टॉक भराव: विभिन्न कार्य क्षेत्रों में कच्चे माल, ट्रिम्स और उपकरणों की उपलब्धता की निगरानी करना और उन्हें भरना।
- गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण सहयोग: सैंपल्स, दोषपूर्ण वस्त्रों और रीवर्क्स को विभागों के बीच ले जाने में QC टीम की सहायता करना।
- सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता: सभी कार्य क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा निर्देशों का पालन करना और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
- दैनिक निगरानी: फैक्ट्री का दैनिक उत्पादन ट्रैक करना और रिपोर्ट देना।
