We are seeking an innovative AI-Powered Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you won't just slice timeline clips; you will pioneer workflows that blend traditional post-production software with advanced generative AI platforms. The ideal candidate treats prompt engineering as an art form and knows exactly how to use AI to supercharge efficiency, generate unique visual assets, and upscale overall production value.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-impact, polished video content optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Ads, and website promos).
- AI Visual Generation: Create, extend, and refine video frames and elements using generative AI tools from text-to-video or image-to-video prompts.
- Workflow Optimization: Implement AI-assisted editing pipelines (automated captions, AI audio cleaning, automated b-roll matching, and frame interpolation) to increase project turnaround times.
- Sound & Color Design: Execute precise audio mixing, sound effect placement, background noise reduction, and cinematic color grading.
- Storytelling & Retention: Format content with clear narrative structures, utilizing patterns interrupts, pacing adjustments, and hooks within the first 3 seconds to maximize viewer retention.
- Trend Adaptation: Stay at the absolute forefront of emerging generative AI video models and social media trends, quickly adapting our content strategy to leverage new capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of professional video editing experience with a stellar portfolio/showreel demonstrating both traditional editing mechanics and AI-integrated workflows.
- Core Software Mastery: Highly proficient in industry-standard NLEs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
- AI Tool Expertise: Proven hands-on experience using generative video and imaging platforms .
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of prompt engineering, aspect ratio optimization, upscaling mechanics, and handling variations in multi-cam or AI-generated assets.
- Creative Eye: Deep knowledge of modern pacing, modern kinetic typography/captioning styles, sound design, and color matching.
- Deadlines: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight turnaround environments without sacrificing visual quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
