Job Summary
NexG Future India Pvt Ltd is looking for skilled and experienced Mobile Service Technicians to join our service team at Xclusive service centre,Pattom,Thiruvananthapuram . The ideal candidate should have expertise in diagnosing,Troubleshooting and reparing both Andriod and Apple smartphones while ensuring high quality service and customer satisfation.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in Android and Apple smartphones.
- Perform component- level troubleshooting and repair.
- Install, update and configure mobile software and operating systems.
- Replace damaged parts such as displays,batteries,charging ports,cameras,and the other components.
- conduct quality checks before handing over repaired devices.
- Maitain accurate service records and job cards.
- Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining service quality.
Eligibility
Qualification : Advance level certifications or equivalent expertise in Mobile service & Repair.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone servicing.
