Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Executive to ensure jewelry products are packed safely, accurately, and professionally before dispatch. The ideal candidate will maintain packaging quality, verify product details, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack jewelry products according to company packaging standards.
- Verify product details, SKU, order quantity, and customer information before packing.
- Ensure products are clean, damage-free, and presentation-ready.
- Label packages accurately for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch, QC, and Inventory teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain records of packed and dispatched orders.
- Monitor packaging material stock and inform the concerned team when replenishment is required.
- Handle fragile and high-value products with proper care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
Required Skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel and order management systems is an advantage).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, organized, and disciplined.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in packaging, dispatch, warehouse, or logistics.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in jewelry, e-commerce, retail, or export packaging is preferred.

Salary
- As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
