Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in Windows, Admin Studio, SCCM, scripting & vSphere [Virtual Infrastructure].
- Should have good skill with Windows Installer packaging Standards.
- Should have Knowledge in MSIX packaging and troubleshooting.
- Hands on Experience in Managing End to end packaging activity from technical review until UAT.
- Update: Package request for an application that is already packaged (version upgrade, etc.)
- New Application: Package request for an application that has never been Packaged including both simple and complex packages.
- Rework: Package modification request following UAT
- Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting.
- Responsible for clean-up actions on SCCM and Virtual Infrastructure
- Experienced in Windows Installer technology including Repackaging, Application customization, SCCM Software Distribution and Deployment.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating End-to-End Packaging request.
- Should be able to deliver the package within Agreed SLA.
- Should be able to adopt new Technologies like MSIX and Intune.
- Maintain High Quality of deliverables.
- Remediate Issues discovered during UAT.
- Work to existing systems processes and standards, under the guidance of SME and Team Lead.
- Work with the application owner to resolve any issues identified with requirement.
- Daily reporting on the status of request owned.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Technical Tools: SCCM, Admin Studio, Repackager, VMware
Scripting: PowerShell
Operating System: Windows 10 & 11.
- Hands on knowledge of creating all kinds of packages.
- Maintain version control of application packages.
- Ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities in packaged applications, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
- Establish and maintain a test VM environment to simulate real time deployment scenarios.
- Ready to work in shift [no night shift], on call and holiday support.
Specific Qualifications:
Knowledge in FRENCH will be an added advantage.
