1. Technical Design & Drafting
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, including site plans, floor plans, sections, and elevations.
- Develop structural designs and ensure they meet safety standards and load requirements.
- Manage the submission of plans for government approvals, and coordinate with authorities.
- Create complex 3D models from 2D CAD files using SketchUp.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for exterior and interior designs.
- Integrate Vastu Shastra principles into 3D layouts when requested by clients.
- Utilize rendering engines (like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape) to simulate realistic lighting, textures, and environments.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8+ years of experience in civil design, with a strong portfolio of rendered projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
