1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing construction materials.
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Maintain physical stock in line with ERP/store records.
2. Material Receiving
- Receive materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan.
- Verify quantity, quality, specifications, and condition of materials before acceptance.
- Report damaged, short, or excess materials immediately.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) promptly.
3. Material Issuance
- Issue materials only against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Maintain proper issue registers and documentation.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to site teams.
- Track material consumption by work location or contractor.
4. Stock Control
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Prevent material wastage, pilferage, and unauthorized issuance.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.
- Segregate slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged stock.
5. Store Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store area.
- Store materials according to category and safety requirements.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of all materials.
- Protect materials from damage due to weather, moisture, or mishandling.
6. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain GRNs, MRS, Gate Passes, Stock Registers, and Issue Registers.
- Update ERP/Excel inventory records daily.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain complete documentation for audit purposes.
7. Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Accounts.
- Inform procurement about low-stock or critical materials.
- Assist engineers during material verification and stock reconciliation.
- Support finance during stock valuation and audits.
8. Asset & Tool Management
- Maintain records of tools, machinery, and equipment issued to staff or contractors.
- Track return, repair, and replacement of tools.
- Conduct periodic verification of company assets.
9. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safe handling and storage of construction materials.
- Follow company safety policies and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure fire safety equipment is available and accessible in the store.
- Comply with internal audit and inventory control procedures.
10. Cost Control
- Minimize material losses through proper storage and handling.
- Monitor material consumption and identify abnormal usage.
- Reduce inventory discrepancies and prevent wastage.
- Support cost optimization through effective inventory planning.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
