We are looking for a highly driven and structured Technical Delivery Manager with strong end-to-end project lifecycle experience. - Project Management:
- Own and manage the complete project lifecyclefrom planning and execution to delivery and closureensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
- Service Delivery:
- Ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, updates, and proactive issue resolution.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track delivery metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Process Improvement:
- Implement best practices, optimize processes, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, provide technical and delivery guidance, and ensure team alignment toward project goals.
- Communication:
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify risks/issues proactively and drive resolution to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
- Budget & P&L Management:
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
