Hiring Alert | Accounts Executive

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive for the Accounts Department. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce backend accounts and payout-based accounting will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and similar marketplaces
- Payout tracking and settlement matching
- POS and credit card machine settlements
- End-to-end accounting entries in Tally
- Recording sales, expenses, and purchase entries
- Vendor payment processing after TDS deductions
- GST returns, payments & reconciliations
- Accounting and tracking of digital advertisement expenses
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting operations
- Understanding of GST, TDS & reconciliations
- Experience with payout-based accounting systems
- Basic communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
