Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python GenAI Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI solution architecture, and modern agentic AI frameworks. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python applications.
- Build enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and implement prompt engineering techniques.
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Architect secure, scalable, and highly available AI platforms.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to define AI solution strategies.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices.
