Job Summary:
Responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Maintain guest records and occupancy registers.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospitality preferred).
- 0–5 years of experience as a receptionist/front office executive in a hotel or guest house.
- Good communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
