About the Role :
We’re not looking for a photographer.
We’re looking for someone who understands *what makes people stop scrolling, watch, save, and walk into a restaurant.*
If you think in *hooks, trends, and relatable content* — this role is for you.
# What You’ll Do
* Create *high-performing Instagram Reels* across our brands
* Shoot content daily at our outlets (food, people, moments)
* Edit fast — same-day or next-day turnaround
* Come up with *new content ideas every week*
# Capture:
* Food prep & plating
* Customer reactions
* Behind-the-scenes moments
* Trending / relatable concepts
* Work closely with the team to bring *brand stories to life*

We don’t care about:
* Expensive cameras
* Cinematic videos
* Fancy portfolios
We care about:
* *Hooks in the first 3 seconds*
* Content that gets *views, saves, and shares*
* Speed and consistency
* Your ability to *generate ideas, not just execute*
You’re a Good Fit If You:
* Constantly watch and analyze Instagram Reels
* Know what’s trending before it becomes old
* Can create *2–3 reels per day if needed*
* Think in *ideas, not just shots*
* Can adapt trends to food & hospitality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
