Role Overview
The Tender & Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing tender information, supporting the preparation of product specifications, coordinating with internal teams, and acting as a communication bridge with bidders and Govt Officials. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders while maintaining compliance with requirements..
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, update, and maintain tender opportunities from government and private portals.
- Support in preparing tender product specifications and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal) for necessary information and approvals.
- Serve as the point of contact for bidders, facilitating communication and clarifying requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender applications within deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of tenders, submissions, bidder communications, and outcomes.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing technical and commercial bid documents.
- Monitor tender notifications and proactively inform management about new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / English (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or procurement coordination (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and e-procurement platforms.
- Ability to interpret and prepare product specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets and online tender portals.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
