- We are looking for a skilled South Indian Chef who specializes in preparing authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, uttapam, and other regional specialties. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining taste consistency, kitchen hygiene, and timely preparation of food.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare South Indian dishes according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients
- Manage kitchen stock and report shortages
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen protocols
- Assist in creating new menu items
Requirements:
- Experience in cooking South Indian cuisine
- Basic knowledge of Hindi or English communication
- Ability to work in a team and handle kitchen pressure
Experience:
1–5 years in a restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen
Skills:
- Fast cooking skills
