Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, attendance, and professional conduct of all team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Guest Relations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Address guest concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor customer reviews and implement improvement measures.
Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
- Control food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and reconciliation procedures.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
Inventory & Procurement
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Minimize wastage and prevent pilferage through effective controls.
- Ensure availability of all operational supplies and materials.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence.
Pay: ₹14,517.54 - ₹38,000.00 per month
