JD for HVAC Sales
Position – Sales Engineer/Sales Executive for HVAC Project Sales (Exact designation shall depend on qualification and experience)
Location – Kolkata. (Shall have to tour as per requirement of the job)Qualification – Graduate in any discipline/Diploma in Mech or Elec Engineering
Experience – Preferably having experience of Sales/Marketing in similar field for 2-3 years.
Job description:
1. Incumbent shall have to interact and meet in person with Admin/Purchase/Maintenance/Project departments of Corporate companies, Manufacturing industries, Healthcare industry, Hospitality industry, Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, HVAC/MEP Consulting Engineers, Turnkey Govt Contractors etc and give presentation about the company and its partnerships with various reputed Multinational companies, and generate sales leads.
2. Necessary follow-up for materializing the prospect to sales including attending pre-bid meetings, carrying out techno-commercial discussions, commercial negotiations leading to finalization of contract. (necessary support will be given by seniors of the organization)
3. Necessary follow-up for payment collection, if required, from time to time.
4. Maintaining cordial relationship with client base, influencer base and industry connects to ensure repeat business.
5. Overall, he/she shall be responsible for bringing business growth with profitability to the company.
Remuneration – Shall be commensurate with qualification and experience as per industry standards
Other benefits – PF, ESIC (if applicable), Incentive on achievement of minimum threshold of sales target and Festival Bonus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
