We are hiring a strong, execution-focused Field HR & Workforce Control Manager to manage and strengthen workforce discipline, attendance systems, and accountability across a 1,000+ technician network deployed in automobile dealerships across multiple cities.
This is a field-intensive role, not a desk-based corporate HR position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling blue-collar workforce operations on ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance tracking and absenteeism control across cities
- Enforce discipline and misconduct policies
- Handle field-level workforce grievances and escalations
- Coordinate closely with zonal supervisors and dealership management
- Build and maintain a backup technician pipeline
- Strengthen accountability and reporting systems
- Drive structured HR reporting and compliance
Qualifications 4–6 yrs HR; 300+ workforce; manufacturing/auto/logistics; travel ready
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
