Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, maintain customer satisfaction, and support sales. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, follow-ups, and inquiries professionally
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support
Resolve customer complaints and provide proper solutions
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Follow up for feedback, pending payments.
Generate daily and monthly customer reports
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication
Support management in CRM-related activities
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Professional behavior and positive attitude
Team coordination skills
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred in customer handling / telecalling / CRE)
Salary: 10k to 16k
