Job Overview
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to drive creator-led marketing initiatives and build strong influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign management, creator negotiations, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of creators and influencer performance metrics.
- Source, shortlist, and onboard creators based on campaign objectives.
- Execute influencer campaigns from planning through reporting.
- Manage influencer communications, negotiations, and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams.
- Utilize influencer marketing platforms and AI-powered tools for campaign optimization.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness.
