Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cutting & Stitching Master to join our designing company in Kaduthuruthy. The candidate will be responsible for fabric cutting, garment stitching supervision, quality checking, and ensuring timely completion of production work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fabric cutting as per design specifications and measurements.
- Supervise stitching activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Read and understand design patterns and garment specifications.
- Ensure proper fitting, finishing, and quality standards of garments.
- Coordinate with designers and production staff to meet deadlines.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Inspect finished products and make necessary corrections when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Cutting & Stitching Master.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and fabric handling.
- Ability to manage cutting and stitching operations independently.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
