We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Marketing Professional who can build our brand presence, establish thought leadership, and generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn page and key management profiles.
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Create and publish high-quality posts, articles, carousels, videos, and other professional content.
- Build personal branding for directors and senior management.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers including CXOs, Founders, CFOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, and Business Owners.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, outreach campaigns, and relationship building.
- Design and execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn messaging, follow-ups, and appointment booking.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion tracking.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics and submit weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously improve profile optimization, engagement, and conversion rates.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in LinkedIn Marketing and B2B Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and profile optimization.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create engaging professional content and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, digital marketing, or B2B business development.
- Experience working with consulting, finance, accounting, legal, technology, or professional service firms will be an added advantage.
