We are seeking a proactive and responsible Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The candidate will assist in facility management, staff coordination, vendor follow-ups, documentation, and general administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and office maintenance.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility-related activities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.
- Maintain administrative records, registers, and documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
- Coordinate transportation, courier, and logistics requirements.
- Support employee onboarding and administrative formalities.
- Follow up on repairs, maintenance work, and AMC schedules.
- Prepare reports and administrative correspondence as required.
- Assist management in organizing meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Administration, or Facility Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hospital or healthcare administration experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
