We at Seere Santhe By Rapid Rashmi and Radha by Rapid Rashmi, are looking for a skilled and proactive Website Manager to oversee the performance, content, and operations of the brand’s website. This role involves managing product listings, ensuring a smooth user experience, and optimizing the website for conversions and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Must manage product listings, inventory updates, and overall performance of the Radha by Rapid Rashmi website. Ensures smooth online shopping experience and coordinates with marketing for campaigns.
- Maintain and update the website regularly with new collections, banners, and content
- Ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing
Product Upload & Cataloging
- Manage product listings including descriptions, pricing, images, and videos
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product pages
User Experience (UX) Optimization
- Monitor website navigation, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Improve customer journey to enhance engagement and conversions
Content Coordination
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams for website updates
- Upload blogs, campaign pages, and promotional content
Performance Tracking
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance
- Use tools like Google Analytics to generate insights and reports
SEO & Digital Optimization
- Implement basic SEO practices (keywords, meta tags, descriptions)
- Improve website visibility and ranking on search engines
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, updates, and new features
- Ensure website security, backups, and smooth functioning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in website management or e-commerce roles
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
