Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and store teams to create high-quality marketing content.
- Plan and execute seasonal, festival, and product launch campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to maximize ROI.
- Update website content, banners, blogs, and product information.
- Support online ordering platforms and ensure promotional offers are updated.
- Conduct SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Respond to customer queries, reviews, and online feedback professionally.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for promotional activities and events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
