Job description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through Market Survey, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Process sales orders and monitor order status until completion.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
- Coordinate with accounts, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain sales calendars.
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales-related documents.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support business development activities and lead management.
