Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone and emails.
- Share B2B rates with travel agents and ensure all necessary details are provided to deliver excellent service to guests.
- Provide information on availability, pricing, and services to clients or guests.
- Process bookings accurately in the reservation system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, packages, and special offers.
- Coordinate with Relevant departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up on tentative bookings and maintain proper records of cancellations or changes.
- Manage group reservations and ensure proper room blocking or service allocation.
- Generate daily and weekly reservation reports as required.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in reservations or customer service (hospitality/travel industry preferred).
- Proficiency in reservation software Stah and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
